How do I get to The Gym?

The bus stop is right in front of The Gym! Buses: 10, 12, 14, 32, 36, and 48.
The closest MRT stations are Marine Parade (TE25) on the Circle Line
Parking is available at Katong Square, Katong Village and The Flow.

Please meet me at #01-01 so I can let you in, as The Gym can only
be entered through my access card.

What amenities are there in The Gym?

There are 3 different spaces within The Gym for various training purposes. There are washrooms, lockers, a vending machine for protein drinks and bars. There is also a Jooz vending machine for some fresh orange juice goodness, and FairPrice Finest right next door. 

What to bring and wear?

Bring a water bottle and a small towel for hygiene purposes. Wear comfortable clothes that you're happy to sweat in, and the flattest pair of training shoes you own (I personally train in Vans). 

How do I book or cancel my sessions?

Drop me a text! We'll work out a timing that works for your schedule and mine. Life happens and I
understand if you need to cancel your session, but please do me a favour and cancel 12 hours before, or it will be considered a no-show and your session will be deducted. 

Can I extend my package expiry?

If you are injured or travelling, we can work out an extension for your package :)

How does payment and invoicing work?

  • Payment for Trial sessions and 12 sessions must be paid upfront.

  • 24 sessions and 36 sessions can be paid in monthly instalments.

  • Payment must be made on the 1st of every month.

  • Payment can be made via PayNow or PayLah to 83225270. ​

  • Invoices will be provided upon payment. 

What are your operating hours?

  • Mondays: 8am to 2pm; 5pm to 8pm

  • Wednesdays: 8am to 7pm

  • Thursdays: 8am to 2pm; 5pm to 8pm

  • Fridays: 8am to 6pm

  • Sundays: 8am to 2pm

Tuesdays and Saturdays are sacred off-days because everyone needs rest, and I believe in being protective of your time :)
